The average elevation of the project site area in this area is 1298m~1371m. The construction scale of this phase of the project is 50MW, covering an area of 7.8km2. The planned land is adjacent to Yanzhong Expressway, and the road leading to the site is currently used by Datang Wind Farm for overhauling fans, so the traffic is relatively convenient. Starting from June 26, 2020, after 72 consecutive hours of hard work, the Guangxi Resources Ling Mountain Tea Field Wind Power Project undertaken by the Second Branch has completed the foundation pouring of two wind turbines number 29 and number 37. Successful pouring of the foundations for 2 wind turbines laid a solid foundation for the following step.

At 8:30 am on June 26, the foundation of number 29 wind turbine was opened and poured. Soon after warehouse is opened, rain has come, the roads were wet and slippery in many places, and the roadbed in many places subsided after being rolled by heavy vehicles, making it difficult for concrete trucks to pass. Under the premise of advance preparation, the project department took emergency measures in a timely manner, and adopted various methods such as sprinkling cement, temporary hardening, replacing blocks with rocks, and backhoe loaders towing concrete trucks for wet road sections and roadbed subsidence sections. After 44 hours of continuous fighting, the pouring of number 29 wind turbine foundation was successfully completed.
