Hot-rolled Steel Sheet Pile Production Process
- The hot-rolled steel sheet piles production starts with molten iron, which undergoes blast furnace smelting, converter steelmaking, and ladle furnace refining before being continuously cast into slabs.
- Then the slabs are heated in a reheating furnace and successively passed through a 2-high reversible rolling mill for rough rolling and shape rolling.
- At last the steel profiles are rolled to exact steel sheet pile shape through a multi-stand continuous finishing rolling mill.

A hot-rolled sheet pile is a type of structural steel section manufactured by hot-rolled process to form piling profiles with interlock designs.
