Custom Structural Steel Fabrication & Project Solutions

Building Steel Structure
- AGICO supplies building structure steel members covering: Beams, Columns, Floor Girders, Bracings, etc.
- These are mainly made of ordinary carbon and low-alloy structural steel grades.
- Common steel member forms are section steel (UB, UC), steel pipes, and rebar. Section steel includes angle steel, I-beams, and channels.
- AGICO exports all building steel members with high precision fabrication along with suitable fire protection coatings.
Bridge Steel Structure
AGICO has large-scale welding technology and equipment for bridge structure members, which are made of high-strength weathering steel grades with strict dimensional control. Bridge structure steel members include 2 sections:
Superstructure parts:
- Main Girders/Trusses: Plate Girder; Truss Girder; which is load-bearing member of a bridge, transferring deck loads to the substructure.
- Bridge Deck System: Orthotropic Deck Plate, Longitudinal and Cross Beams. Decking system directly supports the roadway or sidewalk and distributes local loads.
- Bracing System: Transverse Bracing, Longitudinal Bracing, Horizontal Bracing
Substructure parts: transfer the load of the superstructure to the foundation and is an important support system of the bridge.
- Bridge Pier: Box section type steel pier or truss-type steel pier
- Tower: Common forms include A-shaped steel towers, portal towers, and diamond-shaped towers, often manufactured with steel box sections or steel truss structures. Used for suspending main cables or connecting stay cables in suspension and cable-stayed bridges.
- Bridge Bearing: Bridge bearing include fixed and movable types. This part functions are connecting the upper and lower structures, transmitting reaction forces, and allowing the beam to expand, contract, or rotate for safety.


Industrial Steel Structure
AGICO offers steel fabrication service for all types of large industrial steel structures, which refers to load-bearing structures of industrial buildings and facilities, such as factory buildings, power stations, warehouses, petrochemical plants, blast furnace supports, crane trestles, etc.
We have production capacity for heavy-duty sections with improved fatigue resistance for customers.
Building Structure:
- Steel columns: H-shaped columns, box columns, or lattice columns. Which are vertical members that bear vertical and horizontal loads (such as wind and crane braking forces).
- Solid beams: H-shaped beams and welded I-beams.
- Trusses: Steel roof trusses, particularly those used in large-span factories, are typically welded together from angles and channels.
Industrial Platforms and Equipment Supports:
- Industrial platforms:: Used for operating, inspecting, or installing equipment. They typically consist of patterned steel plates (anti-slip) and supporting secondary and main beams.
- Equipment supports and foundations: Used to support heavy machinery, pipelines, storage tanks, etc. They come in a variety of forms, often consisting of composite steel structures.
- Crane track beams: Crane beams or girders designed to support bridge or gantry cranes, they withstand significant moving and fatigue loads. Crane beam manufacture demands on high steel’s fatigue resistance.
Tower Steel Structure
The transmission tower structure is mainly composed of a space truss system, fabricated with angle steel, connected by high-strength large sized bolts, and has good anti-corrosion properties. Its typical structure includes 3 parts: tower head, tower body and tower legs.
Material and Standards: Hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A123 / ISO 1461.
Main structure components:
- Tower Body: Lattice truss structure composed of angle steel or steel tubes. Which are mostly made of following steel materials: Q345, S355, ASTM A36, A572. Tower body provides tower height and rigidity, ensuring the necessary safe electrical clearance for conductors.
- Tower Legs/Main Column: Fabricated into 4 or 3 leg arrangement structure, typically using angle steel or round tubes. Tower Joints can be connected by high-strength bolts and welding.
- Bracing Members: Using angle steel, flat steel, or round steel tube to form horizontal bracing, diagonal bracing, cross bracing (X-bracing, K-bracing, etc.)
- Tower Base Foundation: using anchor bolt/stud bolt and embedded plate to fasten tower body and transfer tower loads to the foundation
