Large size (M27-M64) Alloy Stud bolt is a threaded rod with 2 heavy hexagon nuts, it is a component developed for flange connections in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industry, now it’s been used in many more fields. - Stud bolt is normally used to install small part on large machinery, as the stud bolt has thread on both end, one end of the stud can be fastened to the main body, the other end can be used to install necessary part. Due to the weariness of the fastener and accessories, the stud can be replaced when necessary.
- If the connection part has large thickness and common hex bolt is not suitable to use, stud bolt can be a good option.

Place plastic clothes into plywood box.
Oil Protection Treatment
The bolts need to be oiled and wrapped in plastic net and then neatly placed in the plywood box. Add plywood gaskets in the middle to keep steady and protect bolts.
Sponge Strip for Anti-shaking
In order to prevent the product from shaking in the wooden box. Fill the gaps with sponge strip.
Fasten the Top Part
Cover the top. And add sponge strip to keep steady before top cover board is nailed.
Packing List Lable and Plastic Cover
Wrap the upper half of the solid wood box with plastic cloth outside the wooden box, two copies of packing list for each box, one copy inside the wooden box and one copy put in plastic sheet sticked on the top of the wooden box.
